Established by Odoardo Dalfiume in 1949, this committed Italian vineyard is now run by his children and grandchildren, Giampaolo and Franco Dalfiume. Early adopters of sustainable agriculture, their cellars are run entirely by solar and they go the extra mile to reduce their carbon footprint, while producing wines that are exceptional value for money. Located in the village of Castel San Pietro Terme, between Emilia and Romagna, the soil is largely clay with alluvial deposits and grapes planted on the plains where they receive all day sunshine. 

Comprising both their Torre Gaggio and Corte S Maria plots, their wines are perennial bestsellers for their easy style and fresh fruit flavours.
