Production Methods: Three generations of traditional and ancestral methods. The grapes are crushed by means of a crusher roller that preserves the berries, they are then conveyed through large pumps in a modern soft press which separates the juice from the skins and grapeseed. The must is left to ferment at a controlled temperature 15/18 ° C which keeps aromas and fruit flavours intact. Decanted and separated from the lees before bottling.
