How do I open an account?
To become an account holder, simply complete our Account Application Form.
Once your application is reviewed and approved, you’ll be able to place orders and receive full access to our services.
Do I need to provide any specific information to open an account?
Yes, we require some basic details such as your business name, contact information, and delivery preferences. Once your form is submitted, we’ll confirm your approval by email.
How do I place an order?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to deliver your order as soon as possible.
London: Usually next working day.
Mainland UK: Typically within 48 hours, depending on postcode.
You’ll receive a delivery confirmation once your order is processed.
What are your payment options?
We accept various payment options and terms; including Direct Debit, Card, Credit at 15 or 30 days.

Where do deliveries come from?
All our wines are shipped from our government bonded warehouse, ensuring quality and compliance with UK storage standards.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to most mainland UK postcodes. If you’re unsure, contact us directly.
On which days do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Friday only.
No weekend deliveries are available as our bonded warehouse is closed on weekends.
How will I know my wine is on the way?
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation by email (or WhatsApp if applicable), including delivery
details.
