Production Methods: Grass grown between the vines, Green harvest to manage heat and sunlight. Harvested by hand at optimal ripeness with selection of grapes on tables. Harvest takes place in the second week of October and grapes are left to dry in special crates until the end of December. No chemical treatment, natural clarification and light filtration. Maturation in steel tanks for 4-5 months, and then in Slavonian oak casks for 30 months with subsequent refining in barriques (10-12 months) and refining in the bottle for 6 months.
Special Features: Organic Vineyard that has produced natural wines since 1980. Traditional wine making with skin maceration for 90-100 days at a temperature of about 10-12°C.

Nose: Full of concentrated red and black berry fruits, and spices
Palate: Intense, complex, well balanced, rounded palate wild berry red fruit and plum with hint of dark chocolate spice. The sweetness is low and balance with a nice natural acidity and round tannin
