Our orders are dispatched directly from our HMRC-approved bonded warehouse, ensuring optimal storage conditions and full compliance with UK regulations.

Delivery Schedule
- Monday to Friday deliveries
- Next working day delivery within London and for most mainland England postcodes
- Deliveries to some postcodes with mainland UK may take up to 48-hours – we’ll always advise at the point of order.
We operate a dedicated delivery service using:
- Our own driver for London deliveries
- Bonded warehouse transport service for wider UK coverage
- This dual approach ensures complete accountability, reliability, flexibility, and speed.
How do I know when my order will arrive?
Once your order is processed, we’ll send you a confirmation notification with delivery details and make sure that we keep you up to date. If you have any issues concerning your order, our reactive logistics team will answer your questions immediately by phone, email or whats app during working / delivery hours.
Bank holidays
We’ll always keep you informed about changes to our delivery schedule during bank holidays or other national events - so you’re never caught off guard.
