Production Methods: The grapes are crushed with a crusher roller that preserves the berries. They are then conveyed through large pumps in soft press which separates the juice from the skins and grapeseed. The must is then left to ferment at a controlled temperature 15-18 °C which keeps perfumes and fruit flavours intact. The fermented wine is then decanted and separated from the lees before finally bottling.
Special Features: Three generations of traditional and ancestral methods. The winery has a sustainable energy system to reduce carbon footprint - comprising 2,500 metres of solar panels to create electricity and reduce Co2 emissions. Vines grown on the plains.
