Nicolas and Morgane Baudet of Chateau Terre Fauve's organically farm 13 hectares of old vines in Fronton, South West France. With time spent honing their craft among top Bordeaux vineyards, including Chateau Petrus, the couple approach winemaking with a passion and  artistic vision that is evident in their wines. Their 80 plus year old wines share space with bird and bat boxes. Grass is grown between the vines and grapes harvested as late as possible while still retaining their freshness. The winery uses concrete tanks and natural yeasts and does not use clarification or filtration.
