Production Methods: Organic and biodynamic farming. Grass grown between the rows. Natural calcium is added as well as active wildlife management including introduction of bird and bat boxes to help control insect population naturally. Picking off and green harvest for optimal sun management. Grapes left on the vines until slightly over mature, before being hand picked and undergoing a slow and intense maceration in concrete tanks using natural yeasts. Aging for 1 year in tank, no clarification and no filtration.
Special Features: Exclusive production 300 bottless per year. Total natural sulphite 0.03g/hl a.
