Production Methods: Grapes are harvested and vinified with a maceration period of about ten days for gentle extraction. The wine is then dealcoholised using vacuum evaporation, reducing the boiling point of alcohol to 35°C, minimizing heat exposure and preserving the wine's aromatic qualities.

Special Features: Non-alcoholic red wine produced using vacuum evaporation to gently remove alcohol while preserving original aromas.
