Pale, delicate rosé with fresh aromas of red berries, citrus and rose petals. The palate is crisp, dry and elegant, revealing flavours of strawberry, raspberry and white peach with a touch of minerality. Smooth, refined and perfectly balanced, it captures the freshness and finesse of Provence rosé.

Production Methods: Grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness, then carefully sorted for quality. After gentle pressing, the juice is cooled to lock in vibrancy and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Minimal oxidation and regular bâtonnage give the wine its hallmark purity, finesse and delicately rounded texture.
