Production Methods: Traditional vinification. Fermentation carried out in Thermo regulated stainless steel fermentation tanks for 25 to 28 days. 10 to 14 months in one year old French oak barrels. Bottled without filtration after racking and bottled aged 3 to 4 months.
Special Features: Fourth generation wine makers. 8 hectares of vines in total. Organic and biodynamic viticulture. No chemicals used. Leaf stripping and Green harvest. Hand Harvested. 3 stages of grape sorting (2 by hand and 1 by machine).
