Production Methods: Organic farming with no human intervention. No chemical use. Night harvest that allows keeping the grape at cold temperature, Gros Manseng white grapes are vinified like a red wine. Maceration 14 days. Aged on lees on stainless tank. No oak.
Special Features: The area has 2,000 years of wine growing history which had its heyday in the 17th century when they exported wine to Spain, north Europe and England. From a hilly landscape, the vineyard plots nestled on slopes facing Pyrenees. Oceanic and Mediterranean Sea influences. Humidity, well-drained soils and plenty of sunshine with a favourable orientation ensure a good ripening of grapes.

Nose: Complex with intense white flowers, candied fruits, and white pepper.
Palate: Mouth wateringly fresh and vibrant. Well define with a beautiful balance of subtle tangerine notes, apple, apricot, and candied pears.
