Production Methods: Selection of the best plots of the vineyard, precise viticulture, careful Vinification. Soft and long maceration in concrete tank cap immersed. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre are vinified separately to keep their personality and temperatures-controlled between 28 and 30 °C. Part of Syrah and Mourvèdre will spend a year in oak barrels before blending of the cuvee for bottling. Unglued and slightly filtered. Breeding: 1/3 aging in new oak and 2/3 aging in concrete tanks.
Special Features: Small yields of 26 hectolitres per hectare. Tasting of the grapes and analysis of the grape juice to determine the optimal maturity for each grape varieties and each area of the plots. Grapes are picked with great care and sorted manually before arriving in cellars.

Colour: Ruby red with purple hint.
Nose: Ripe red berry fruits with spices expression.
Palate: Ripe current and strawberry aromas. Sweet spices, white pepper with slightly note of vanilla.
Length/Finish: Complex with a smooth texture and round, beautiful soft tannins.
