Production Methods: Vinification and ageing in different casks for each harvest and parcel. Slow and light pressing. 12 month in 3 year old barrel. Total acidity 4.70g/l, ph 3,70, residual sugar 3g.

Special Features: Patrice is the 6th generation on the family. Grass in the vines row. Two separate hand harvests to select the very best grapes in full maturity. Small plots 1.5 hectares and very small yields of 30 hectolitres per hectare.
