Production Methods: Harvested at optimum physiological ripeness and fermented with a mix of indigenous and cultured yeast to further enhance the flavours and structure of the grapes. Each parcel was treated as an individual wine in the winery. After fermentation these individual wines are blended together, settled and integrated into tanks before bottling.

Special Features: Each parcel comes from a unique site within the vineyard which is renowned for its terroir. This land delivers the original vibrant flavours for which Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is so famous. Adjacent to Cloudy Bay.

Colour: Bright with pale green reflections

Nose: Intensely aromatic with beautiful herb and passionfruit notes.

Palate: Exotic flavours such as guava, blackcurrant and elderflower. Bone dry, crisp with an excellent balance.

Length/Finish: Creamy/limey texture with a lingering mineral finish.

Alcohol: 12.5%
