Production Methods: Ancestral methods in respect of the soil and environment. Harvested by hand with selection of grapes on sorting tables. Separate vinification for each parcel of vines. Clarification with white of egg. Traditional filtration. No oak. Bottling in March/April.
Special Features: The main objective is to ensure that the character of the terroir is fully respected in all their wines. This cuvee tradition is from only a Caillottes terroir.

Colour: Pale yellow with green tinge.
Nose: Very floral nose, white flowers, blackcurrant leaves.
Palate: Elegant complexity of white flowers and citrus fruits aromas with a well-balanced acidity.
Length/Finish: Ample with a long fresh finish.
