Production Methods: Sustainable, traditional agriculture. Controlled vinification and cryomaceration (cold maceration), the must is separated from the skins when the right shade of pink is acquired. Slow and accurate secondary fermentation in autoclave according to the Charmat method, with natural yeasts at a controlled temperature of 18°C.
Special Features: The Loris family is one of the pioneers of the method Charmat Spumanti Prosecco. Since 1936, the plots of vines have been cultivated on slopes located in the heart of the production area Prosecco DOCG, between the two historic capitals of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano. This unique and superb hilly terroir allows the grapes to ripen perfectly.
