Production Methods: Fully ripe grapes are harvested during the early hours when the temperature is cool. After destemming, the grapes are macerated for a few hours, then are slowly pressed. Then, the derived pressed must is put into thermoregulated stainless steel vats, and fermentation will go on for 10 days or so. Once fermentation is over, wine is matured on lees before bottling.
Special Features: Louis Tramier started this prestigious burgundy house in 1842 and it remains in the same family to this day.
