Production Methods: Hand-harvested grapes. After destemming, the grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Pumping is carried out daily to achieve the smoothness and freshness that characterise this wine. After 7-10 days, the wine is decanted, always seeking to balance the wine.
Special Features: Crafted from estate-grown grapes harvested at optimal ripeness. Historic cellar, hand-carved 8–10 metres underground and supported by ashlar stone arches. Dating back several centuries, this cellar remains in active use today for both vinification and maturation.
