Production Methods: Hand-harvested grapes. Aged for 18–24 months in carefully selected French and American oak barrels, with racking every six months. Following élevage, the wine is blended from selected barrels of the same vintage and further matured in concrete tanks within the underground cellar, where stable conditions support continued development and refinement.
Special Features: Made with the best grapes selected from the oldest vine plots of the Rioja Alta. Historic cellar, hand-carved 8–10 metres underground and supported by ashlar stone arches. Dating back several centuries, this cellar remains in active use today for both vinification and maturation.
