Production Methods: Hand-picked selection mid-October with optimal ripeness. Grapes are gently crushed and macerated 4 hours on the berry-skins. The must was subsequently fermented at 16°C, so that the typical grape aroma could develop. A gentle expansion on the lees followed fermentation to get a fine and fruity character.
Special Features: Vines grown just right down bank side of the Mosel river. Special climate perfect for the Riesling. Organic farming, no chemical and as less of human intervention.

Colour: Green tinge yellow pale gold.
Nose: Minerality expression with peach aromas and white pepper spice.
Palate: Fresh attack with a nice acidity balance. Apple, pear and white peach aromas with delicate white pepper overtones finish.
Length/Finish: Elegant fruits and spice definition.
Alcohol: 11%
