Production Methods: Manual harvest from only 1 hectare of grapes. Only the very best selected are brought to the cellar. The winemaking takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, maceration on the lees for 6/7 months before bottling, not filtered.

Special Features: Villa Vitas has produced wine for four generations, united by finesse and typicality. They adhere to the SQNPI (National Quality System for Integrated Production) which guarantees a reduced impact on the environment.
