Colour: Pale yellow with green tinge.
Nose: Plenty of finesse, packed with bright expressive gooseberries and camomile.
Palate: Mineral and complex. Ripe green apple, lemon and honeysuckle with a slightly smoky and spicy expression.
Length/Finish: Fresh and fruity with well-balanced acidity.
