Production Methods: Destemmed, inoculated with selected wine yeast for fermentation. Fermentation: 8 days at 26 degrees Celsius. After fermentation, the wine was pressed, and malolactic fermentation completed. Maturation in French and American oak. Wine is fined, filtered, cold stabilised and bottled.
Special Features: Our Pinotage comes from the mountain slopes, where weathered granite and sandstone soils, with a high clay content, good acidity and water retention predominate.

Nose: Juicy raspberries, intense fruit nose.
Palate: Fruit follows through with spicy notes and a hint of oak.
