Production Methods: Pinot Grigio grapes are hand-picked, de-stemmed and soft pressed very gently before being refrigerated at 10°C. The juice is chilled to allow a natural separation of sediment, after which selected yeast is added to initiate fermentation which takes place at low temperatures over 15 days in stainless steel vats.

Special Features: Third generation of a family who started the business in the 1931. Innovative technologies are used in the wine making process in order to preserve the best quality grapes.
