Production Methods: Temperature controlled. Macerated for 6 hours at 13°C. Grapes pressed under CO2. Slow fermentation at cool temperature. On lees in stainless steel tanks. Bottling four times a year.
Special Features: 4,000 vines per hectare with a yield of 40hl/ha at 5 km from the sea. Soil originating from the sea. Organic improvement and balance of plants including wildlife ecosystem. Harvests by hand during the night to keep the freshness with selection of grapes at full maturity.

Colour: Gold with bright green glints.
Nose: Citrus, green olive and acacia flowers.
Palate: Fresh attack with concentrated lime/lemon fruit aromas, asparagus, acacia flower, hawthorn and fresh almond.
Length/Finish: Present and long with a crisp, racy finish.
Alcohol: 12.5%
