Production Methods: Classic maceration with temperature control in stainless steel tanks for 20 days, stirred several times a day. A few weeks in old oak just to allow the wine to breathe. Light filtration before bottling.
Special Features: Organic certified cultivated vineyard. Only the best grapes are used and selected on table. Grapes are harvested during the second week in October.

Palate: Juicy, well-rounded blackberry and plum with a hint of spicy nutmeg and balsamic aromas.
