Production Methods: Vinified as Champagne 1 year “sur latte” and 1 year in limestone cellar. Riddling by hand. Use of pneumatic press and slow fermentation to get the best from the grape. Liqueur dosage at 1.4g.
Special Features: All the work on the vines is carried out by hand, including the harvest, using conservation cultivation. Expression of a specific terroir. Each grape is vinified separately.
