Production Methods: Sustainable agriculture practices. Manual harvest mid-September. Each grape variety goes through vinification separately with a 10-day maceration at controlled temperatures (25°C) to ensure gentle extraction. Following fermentation, only the finest lots are selected and blended. The final cuvée is then aged for one year in stainless steel tanks.

The estate has restored natural habitats, resulting in the return of wild orchids and the planting of 950 trees and shrubs to support bird and insect life. Temporary ponds and grassed vineyard borders further enhance biodiversity and soil health.
