Production Methods: The grapes are harvested by hand, then laid to ferment in temperature controlled stainless steel vats for 20 days before wines can mature in oak barrels.
Special Features: Jean-Philippe Marchand’s philosophy is to respect the authenticity of each terroir, so they can flourish and express their true character. The vineyards are ploughed and nourished with organic fertilizer in order to control of the quality of the soil, the health of the vine stock, vegetal development and the yield of the grapes.
