Production Methods: Hand harvested in small trays of 20 kg in order not to damage the grapes. Cold maceration for 4 days before fermentation at 10ºC -12ºC. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures with 2 to 3 pump-overs per day.
Special Features: Vineyards planted at altitudes up to 1,580m above sea level. Cool climate with significant day-night temperature shifts, which enhances grape quality. Certified sustainable.
