Production Methods: Harvested at optimum maturity with selection of the best grapes on table. Destemming and destalking. Vinification in stainless steel. 18 days thermo regulated maceration, reassembling relief to retain maximum fruit extract with fine, elegant tannins. Natural clarification. Two bottlings per year. Corked technical guarantor for successful ageing (no taste plug, controlled oxygenation).
Special Features: Cultivated with respect for the soil. Grass left on alternate rows. Ancestral work in the vine, no chemical fertilisers, no pesticides or insecticides. Pruning according to the lunar calendar and with respect to the plants.

Palate: Full blackberry and ripe blueberry with spice aromas; nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves with a slightly liquorice finish
