Grapes are sourced from both Minuty’s estate vineyards and select partner growers across the Côtes de Provence appellation.
Delicate aromas of wild strawberries, white peach, and citrus zest. The palate is crisp, vibrant, and finely balanced, offering a clean, mineral finish.

Region: Provence
Production Methods: Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo direct pressing. The juice is clarified through settling and fermented at low temperatures to preserve aromatic freshness. The wine is aged on fine lees to develop texture and complexity.
