Handpicked lemons. Lemon peels infused in alcohol for at least 15 days before adding 12% of lemon juice, demineralised water and sugar. Light filtration.
Tasting Notes: Bright and expressive Limoncino with defined lime and lemon citrus, balanced sweetness, and integrated alcohol. Subtle notes of fennel and white pepper add complexity. Clean nose with lifted zest and herbal spice. Vivid lemon yellow with a green hue. Long, citrus-led finish with a fine spice edge.
