Production Methods: Hand-harvested in small 20kg trays with double-selection of bunches and grapes. Cold maceration, fermentation in small concrete eggs with punch-downs and délestage, followed by extended maceration of 30 days. Aged for 12 months in French oak and concrete eggs.
Special Features: Vines planted at altitudes up to 1,580m above sea level. Cool climate with significant day-night temperature shifts, which enhances grape quality. The cold climate and the calcareous soils allows the grapes to ripen in a unique way. Certified sustainable.
