Production Methods: Manual harvest with selection of grapes in the plots and on tables. Grape varieties are blended, destemmed and gently crushed before being vinified together. Long 31 day maceration. Aged for 1 year in 60% concrete vats and 40% in oak of 3rd, 4th and 5th year wines. No fining and no filtration.
Special Features: Wine growers since 1636. The Cartier family farm comprises 40 different plots in the terraces and hills. Different exposition and soil types bring complexity and concentration. No chemical fertiliser, no weed killers.
