Production Methods: Natural, sustainable wine growing. Controlled vinification and cryomaceration (cold maceration), leaving the must on the grape skins for 12-24 hours at low temperature. Slow and accurate secondary fermentation in autoclave according to the Charmat method, with natural yeasts. Pressure bubbles 7500 bars.

Special Features: The Loris family is one of the pioneers of the method Charmat Spumanti Prosecco. Since 1936, the plots of vines have been cultivated on slopes located in the heart of the production area Prosecco DOC, between the two historic capitals of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano. This unique and superb hilly terroir allows the grapes to ripen perfectly.
