Production Methods: The grapes were manually harvested, fully destemmed and fermented in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 24ºC and 27ºC, benefiting from post fermentation maceration of 7 days. Complete fermentation and pressing in a vertical press Partly aged in used French oak barrels. Before bottling, the wine is subject to careful filtration and stabilisation in order to maintain all the grape varieties tipicality.
Special Features: A perfect example of the Touriga Nacional terroir. Full bodied.
