Production Methods: Grapes hand harvested into 22kg boxes, then destemmed and gently crushed into a cold stainless-steel tank for 48 hours to create the perfect natural rose colour. Traditional fermentation. Before bottling the wine undergoes very light filtration.
Special Features: Family owned winery for several generations. No use of chemicals. Hand selected and hand picked grapes. Very small production, only 1,500 bottles.

Palate: Floral fresh attach with present and persistent blackcurrant and blueberry, notes of spices finish and a nice balance of acidity
