Production Methods: Dingač ferments partially in large wooden vats and partially in a barrel fermenter. It is aged for 18-24 months in French oak barriques, and is left to rest in the bottle for at least 6 months before release.
Special Features: Michel Rolland acts as consultant in the vineyard and in the winery. vines planted in gobellet style with a density of 10,000 plants per hectare. Extremely steep slopes, but all work in vineyard is done by hand. In spite of extended hours of sunshine, the vines maintain balanced acidity and develop layered aromas, specific only for this terroir of Dingač. Special for the triple impact from the sun, the reflection from the sea and the reflection from the quartz in the soil. They crop only up to 200g per plant in this vineyard.
