Production Methods: Made using the traditional Crémant method, which includes hand‑harvesting all the grapes and selecting only the very best for fermentation. The wine undergoes 100% fermentation and aging in temperature‑controlled vats, followed by a second malolactic fermentation.
Special Features: Patrice Achard runs his organic, biodynamic vineyard with precision and skill, producing wines with a pure, authentic and fresh feel. The grapes are grown on 40 year old vines on tiny plots producing very small yields.
