Production Methods: Temperature controlled fermentation with maceration on the skin. Fermentation at low temperatures and short aging period on fine lees.
Special Features: This parcel is right on the coast and benefits from the sea winds. Small yield 50 hectolitre/ha. Harvested by hand. Selection of the best grapes before slow pressing.
