Production Methods: Fermentation maintained at low temperature (14 to 16°) in thermo-regulated stainless-steel tanks. The maturing is done on fine lees until bottling optimising the quality of the wine. It is the result of an assemblage of several plots of this vineyard giving an elegant dry wine.
Special Features: The vineyard is established on well-exposed hills and protected hillsides where the soil is particularly well diversified. Wine-growing traditions passed down in the family of winegrowers for 13 generations over four centuries.

Colour: Pale straw with subtle green reflections
Nose: Bright and aromatic – citrus (lime, grapefruit), green apple, fresh herbs, with mineral/stone hints.
Palate: Clean, dry, well-balanced. Crisp acidity, fruit-driven (citrus & green apple), a touch of lees creaminess
Length/Finish: Medium-length finish – lingering citrus and mineral notes
Alcohol: 13.5%
Sulphites: Low
