Production Methods: Grapes hand harvested then selected on tables before fermentation with skin contact. Traditional methods and temperature control to keep all the natural fruits aromas. No oak.

Special Features: Terroir formed by a large terrace with some Quartz rolled pebbles from ancestral sediment of the Rhone and Durance River. These pebbles return the heat collect with the sun during the day over the night balanced by the marine wind from the Mediterranean Sea which give a perfect condition for each cycle of the vines.

Nose: Classic red berries nose with cherry elderberry and the authentic distinctive notes of Mediterranean herbs, rosemary, oregano, earthy and peppery flavours with mineral finish

Palate: Medium body with rich fruity palate combines with green bush freshness

Length/Finish: Soft and pleasant, medium finish
