Production Methods: Traditional vinification. Fermentation carried out in thermo regulated stainless steel fermentation tanks for 25 to 28 days. 10 to 14 months in one-year old French oak barrels. Bottled without filtration after racking and bottled aged 3 to 4 months.
Special Features: 6th Generation wine makers. 5 ha of vines in total. Traditional viticulture. No chemicals used. Leaf stripping and Green harvest. Hand harvested. 3 stages of grape sorting.
