Production Methods: Grapes are hand harvested at optimal ripeness. Soft pressing with maceration of 10-15 days. Aging in bottle.

Special Features: Made with the 4 original grape varieties of Chianti, including a white grape. Approximately 230 meters above sea level.

Colour: Intense ruby red with garnet reflections

Nose: Intense and persistent, characterized by violet hints and rich black and red cherry notes

Palate: Balanced, well-structured, good tannins and nice mouth filling acidity

Length/Finish: Medium length with a fresh, savoury finish of red cherry, herbs, and gentle tannins

Alcohol: 13%
