Production Methods: Hand harvests and organic farming methods with no chemicals used at the vineyard. Pneumatic slow pressing with fermentation at low temperature and constant monitoring by an oenologist.
Special Features: Terroir formed by a large terrace with some Quartz rolled pebbles from ancestral sediment of the Rhone and Durance river. These pebbles return the heat collect with the sun during the day over the night balanced by the marine wind from the Mediterranean Sea which provides perfect conditions for each cycle of the vines.
