Production Methods: Farmed using a system of conservation cultivation. Pruned with very precise rules to limit the yield. Hand-harvested, with the best grape selection for each plot. The grape are gently pressed. Vinified by terroir and by plot. Malolactic fermentation. Aged for a full 30 months on slats, rather than the 15 months required. Dosage 3gr.

Special Features: Owner-grower winemaker who cultivates using a system of conservation cultivation to respect the terroir and preserve the environment. Blend 75% current wine & 25% reserved wine

Colour: Bright pale salmon pink with fine bubbles

Nose: Delicate, fresh aromas of white peach and morello cherry

Palate: Elegant and complex, fine bubbles well integrated, subtle red fruit aromas, vinous character with a nice balance of acidity

Length/Finish: Long, delicate, harmonious and fresh finish

Alcohol: 12%
