Colour: Bright pale salmon pink with fine bubbles

Nose: Delicate, fresh aromas of white peach and morello cherry

Palate: Elegant and complex, fine bubbles well integrated, subtle red fruit aromas, vinous character with a nice balance of acidity

Length/Finish: Long, delicate, harmonious and fresh finish

Alcohol: 12%
