Production Methods: Farmed using a system of conservation cultivation. Pruned with very precise rules to limit the yield. Hand-harvested, with the best grape selection for each plot. The grape are gently pressed. Blend is 50% current wine & 50% reserved wine. Vinified by terroir and by plot. Malolactic fermentation. Aged for a full 30 months on slats, rather than the 15 months required. Dosage 3gr.

Colour: Bright pale gold with fine bubbles
Nose: Expressive. Toasted bread aromas with apricot character
Palate: Fine, well-integrated bubbles that break gently on the palate. Plenty of peachy, apricot flavours with a biscuity character and pleasant intensity
Length/Finish: Long, ample and harmonious with a bright, fresh finish
Alcohol: 12%
